Lead Mares are our oldest group — stepping into adulthood, leadership, and self-awareness. This session is built to push, support, and empower them through meaningful equine work, group challenges, and intentional conversation.
Participants will lead by example, reflect deeply, and leave ready to take ownership of their own journey — and their ability to lead others.

9:15 AM - Ranch Work (Task Assignments)
10:15 AM - Groundwork / Leadership Lab: Leading Through Uncertainty (Horse Exercise)
11:00 AM– Peer Mentorship Circle & Real Talk Session
11:30 PM – Final Challenge (Solo or Partnered Horse Task)
12:45 PM – Reflection Journals & Certificate Presentation
1:00 PM – Dismissal
