Team Serenity

Team Serenity is a movement—powered by horses, fueled by grit, and grounded in community. It’s the core empowerment program at The Serenity Ranch, built for girls and women who are ready to step into their strength.

Through our rescued horses, hands-on ranch work, and supportive female-led groups, participants develop confidence, resilience, and real-world leadership skills. This is not therapy. This is real work, real growth, and real support.

We believe in raising strong girls who know their worth. Our Saturday sessions are divided by age to meet participants where they are emotionally, socially, and developmentally:

🐴 Foals (Ages 10–12)

Confidence building, communication, and kindness through teamwork and horse care. Gentle structure, big impact.

🐴 Yearlings (Ages 13–15)

Identity, boundaries, and belonging. Girls learn to lead horses and themselves, developing inner strength in a safe space.

🐴 Lead Mares (Ages 15–17)

Leadership, decision-making, and grit. These young women dig deep—learning what it means to be strong, supportive, and self-aware.

Each group meets once a week for four weeks, working alongside our horses and ranch crew. Activities include grooming, groundwork, journaling, team challenges, and leadership reflections.
