At The Serenity Ranch, our mission has never been just about caring for horses.

It’s about creating a place where both horses and people can thrive.

As a nonprofit, there are times when we need financial support to continue caring for our horses. But if we’re being honest, asking for donations has never been our favorite part of what we do.

We’d much rather invite people to experience our mission than simply ask them to support it.

That’s why we offer affordable guided trail rides and horseback riding lessons.

We believe time with horses shouldn’t be a luxury that only a few people can afford. Horses have an incredible ability to bring peace, confidence, joy, and connection. They have a way of helping people slow down, breathe a little deeper, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

We want as many people as possible to experience that magic.

Keeping our rides and lessons affordable means more families, more children, more couples, more friends, and more first-time riders can discover what makes horses so special.

Every ride and every lesson also helps provide lifelong care for our horses. They aren’t horses that come and go—they’re our horses. Every reservation helps provide hay, veterinary care, farrier visits, safe shelter, and everything they need to live healthy, healthy lives.

Behind the scenes, this ranch is cared for primarily by just two people. Every day is spent feeding horses, cleaning stalls, maintaining fences and trails, teaching lessons, guiding trail rides, answering calls and emails, and making sure every horse receives the love and care it deserves.

It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s work we’re honored to do.
